The Delegation of the University of Salamanca, Spain Signed a Memorandum of Understanding with our University
The delegation of the University of Salamanca visited our university and signed a Memorandum of Understanding with our university. Our president Hong Gang participated in this meeting and signed this agreement.
First of all, Hong Gang welcomed the coming of the delegation of the University of Salamanca and introduced the history of our university, the target, international education direction, situation of Spanish major and future development plans and so on. After that, Hong Gang signed a memorandum of understanding with the vice president of the University of Salamanca, Ms. Serrano.
Representatives of both sides share the students exchange programs, exchange of faculty, the Salamanca University experimental classes and the establishment of cultural exchange center and other issues. According to Spanish and Tourism Management students exchange programs offered by the University of Salamanca, our students who are in related majors according to their level of their Spanish can go to this university for one semester, half year, or one year for three period exchange of studying. Qualifying students can also apply for admission of postgraduate. Since the shortage of Spanish teachers, the University of Salamanca will follow our university recruit requirements and actively recommend the postgraduate and graduate students to teach in our university and also share Spanish teaching recourses with our Spanish teachers.
The University of Salamanca was established in 1218, which is one of the oldest universities in Europe. The university has been in a leading position in the Spanish language and Spanish language teaching.
