Hi dear new international students!

Welcome to ZISU. This letter is to help you to prepare for your new adventure in China, please read it carefully.

The new semester of 2019 fall season is going to start soon, the registration date is 14^th and 15^th of September, the week afterwards is mainly for orientation during which you will meet your new friends, teachers, get physical check and your residence permit. For details, please check the ATTACHMENT 1-Checklist at the bottom. But please pay attention that the checklist is mainly for non-degree programs (self-supporting students and exchange students in Chinese language program), as for degree programs, the arrangement is about the same with a little difference for which you will be informed after registration. If you do have some difficulties with coming on 14^th and 15^th of September, please write to study@zisu.edu.cn in advance, your registration might be postponed until 30^th of September, after that the registration will be closed.

For details about the traffic, arrangement, insurance, environment and so on, please check the pre-arrival guide, Attachment 2 – English version and Attachment 3- Chinese version.

To help us to prepare more for your arrival, please kindly fill in the information collection form through http://sweetpotato.mikecrm.com/Lfziszd, or if the link doesn’t work, please print Attachment 4, fill in it and send it to study@zisu.edu.cn. Please make sure you have it done before 20th August.

If you would like to know what time is semester is ending, on which day you are free to fly back home, please check Attachment 5 –academic calendar.

At last, we would like to remind you that please do make sure you bring original copies of your admission notice, visa application form (202 form),passport and some pictures ( 2 inches).

2019秋季新学期即将开始，注册日期是9月14日和15日，之后的一周为迎新周，在迎新期间你将见到许多新朋友，老师，参加体检，申请居留许可等。详情请在本页面底部下载查看Attachment 1-checklist。但请注意，此清单主要针对非学位项目 (自费学生和汉语专业的交换生)，学位项目安排大致相同，注册后会具体通知。如果您无法在9月14日和15日到校，请提前写信至study@zisu.edu.cn，最迟的注册日期是 9月30日，之后注册将会截止，新生无法正常入学。

为了更好地迎接新生的到来，我们需要向你收集一些信息。请您通过http://sweetpotato.mikecrm.com/Lfziszd填写信息收集表，如果链接无法正常使用，请打印附件4，填写后发送到study@zisu.edu.cn。请确保在8月20日前完成。

最后，我们想提醒你，请务必携带护照、入学通知书原件、签证申请表（202表）和一些照片（2英寸）。
