International student BENYELLOUL MALAK, female, of Moroccan nationality, born in November 2005, is a degree-seeking student majoring in International Business in the class of 2024 at our university.

Recently, this student violated traffic regulations by riding an electric bicycle that does not comply with national standards and ran a red light at a pedestrian crossing, resulting in her being hit by oncoming traffic and causing some negative social impact.

To enforce school regulations and discipline, educate the individual, and warn others, in accordance with Article 6, Clause 1 of Chapter 2 of the "Zhejiang International Studies University International Student Management Measures (Provisional)" (ZheWaiYuan [2013] No. 31), which stipulates that international students must abide by Chinese laws and regulations as well as university management systems during their stay at the university, the college has decided to issue a severe warning to international student BENYELLOUL MALAK.

If there is any objection to this disciplinary action, please submit a written appeal to the college within 10 days from today, providing relevant evidence. Appeals will not be accepted after this period.
